All our groups are run by trained counsellors and psychotherapists and are focussed on a particular topic. All workshops are free of charge and easy to access over Zoom (free version).
This group is for those who are struggling to move forward after a bereavement.
Our “Bereavement” group will be at the same time and day every week for 8 weeks and will provide information and skills to all those who attend, as well as a chance to hear from each other about their experiences and how they have coped so far.
Our Groups are designed to adapt according to the needs of the users. The first session the group will decide what would be most helpful for them. There will be some information and strategies given to every group around the topic.
Maria Robinson and Elissa Vale will be facilitating the courses. They are trained and registered counsellors and psychotherapists who have worked with bereavement for many years. They also have experience of writing and running training courses over the last 25 years.
Our free online group is focussed on diagnosed or undiagnosed autistic people aged 18 to 25 years. It's a good opportunity to meet others, socialise and share experiences. It's a safe space for all, run by psychotherapists and counsellors who have experience with neurodiversity, and their support and managing techniques will be at your disposal and will be adapted to meet the needs of the group. A WhatsApp group for members who wish to participate will also be offered during the group giving you a chance to develop a supportive network. If agreed by participants this can be taken on by the group members and continue long after the groups end.
Currently there are daytime and evening National Lottery funded groups, run once a week over 4 to 8 weeks, available through the 'Book Now' button on the right. You are welcome to join as many groups as you wish.
Maria Robinson and Elissa Vale will be facilitating the courses. They are trained and registered counsellors and psychotherapists who have, among other things, worked with both autistic people and their parents and carers, for many years. They also have experience of writing and running training courses over the last 26 years.
