Free Online Mental Health Support from Qualified Therapists

Current Surveys

Echoes Charity provides free mental health and wellbeing workshops and groups over Zoom. All our services are led by qualified and registered psychotherapists and counsellors. We offer tools, support and advice, together with a hub containing relevant information on a range of topics and signposting to other charities and services. Our Creative Corner is a place where people can share their own thoughts and feelings through various media.

Our interactive services give people who may previously have felt isolated or unheard the opportunity to discuss their needs with others who are, or have been, in similar circumstances.

We want to help, so please click below to let us know what you need and we will do our best to provide it for you.
