Our free online mental health groups are written and led by qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Each group focuses on topics decided by the group. Share experiences and strategies, and gain therapeutic and practical support, and helpful information, in an accessible group setting over Zoom.
Our “Parenting and Caring for Autistic People” groups last 6 weeks and will provide information and skills to all those who attend, as well as a chance to share and hear from others about what works and what hasn’t worked for them.
There will shortly be daytime and evening, National Lottery funded, therapy groups available through the 'Book Now' button on the right. If there are no groups available when you click the blue button, please complete our survey on the homepage, and we will email you when groups become available.
The courses are facilitated by trained and registered Counsellors and Psychotherapists who have had many years of experience working with both autistic people and their parents and carers.
Our free online group is focused on diagnosed or undiagnosed autistic people aged 18 to 25. It is a good opportunity to meet others, socialise and share experiences. The group offers a safe and supportive space, led by psychotherapists and counsellors with experience of neurodiversity. They will provide practical support and coping strategies, adapted to meet the needs of the group. A WhatsApp group will also be offered for members who wish to participate, giving everyone the chance to develop a supportive network. If participants agree, this can continue independently after the group sessions have ended.
There are currently daytime and evening National Lottery-funded groups, running once a week over 4 to 8 weeks. These are available through the 'Book Now' button on the right. You are welcome to join as many groups as you wish.
We are currently submitting funding bids to address the mental health needs of the community, as shown by our survey results.
If you complete our survey on the home page, we will email you when groups become available that we think might be helpful to you.
Our groups are run by trained and registered Counsellors and Psychotherapists and are led by the needs of each group.
